If a registered account holder’s information changes or a registered account holder wishes to terminate his or her account, Twisted Rose will correct, update, or remove that user’s personal information from its database, upon receipt of notification from the registered account holder. If once you have has submitted your information to join our mailing list you then decide you wish to unsubscribe, simply click on the “unsubscribe” feature within our email communications. or alternatively send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you withdraw your consent to such use.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted from your bank or PayPal and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Twisted Rose reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account at any time, in its sole discretion.
